The signature coaching program typically includes:

  • Pre-coaching reflection questions: to help clarify what will make the coaching journey most valuable and meaningful  

  • Optional self-assessment to bring greater clarity to your leadership strengths 

  • Initial 90 minute discovery session: to explore your current context and challenges and set up the ongoing coaching

  • 5x 60 minute coaching sessions: scheduled 3-6 weeks apart

  • Tailored readings and resources handpicked for you

  • Unlimited emergency follow up calls and email support

  • Optional inclusion of organisational sponsor in up to two sessions to support alignment
