We can’t make good decisions or find new ways forward if we don’t have a clearer perception of where we are.
Expanding our ways of seeing, sensing and understanding the challenges we face gives deeper insight and new perspectives.
The cognitive complexity of the challenges we face is impossible for any one person to hold. The tensions and paradoxes alive in our leadership challenges can feel stuck and overwhelming, crippling our capacity to move forward. We need to make better sense together, and find ways to have conversations that allow for multiple perspectives to be shared.
